Thank you for visiting the BCNI apartment rental page. BCNI has many apartments in the City of Schenectady and our inventory and availability changes on a regular basis. Our applicant screening process is designed to attract the best tenants and make good neighbors for everyone.

If there are no available units for lease or the available units do not suit you and/or your family’s needs, please contact BCNI at 518.372.7616 to be placed on the waiting list for available apartments.

YOU CAN ACCESS THE BCNI RENTAL APPLICATION IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

  • Fill out our fillable online application. Follow the instructions to complete the application.
  • Email Application: Email request for application to property@bcnihousing.org.
  • Phone Application Request: Call BCNI at 518.372.7616 and request an application to be emailed or sent by USPS mail.
  • In Person Pick up: Call 518.372.7616 to request an appointment to pick an application in person at the BCNI offices located at 670 Franklin Street -Suite 201- Schenectady, NY 12305

YOU CAN RETURN THE COMPLETED BCNI RENTAL APPLICATION IN ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

  • Fill out our online application and upload required documentation.
  • Scan and email completed application and documentation to property@bcnihousing.org.
