The BCNI resident experience focuses on ease of access from paying rent to communicating with staff. Our state of the art “Buildium” software provides an online portal that every resident can access and allows residents to:
- Pay Rent from the convenience of your living room.
- Email BCNI staff
- Enter work orders for maintenance issues directly for immediate delivery to our staff
If you have a smart phone, a computer, or a tablet device BCNI can help you access the online Resident Center to take control of your routine communications with BCNI.
If you prefer to communicate in person, over the phone, or via email, the BCNI offices and staff are available Monday thru Friday from 8:30 AM thru 5:00 PM at our offices located at 670 Franklin St. Suite 201 – Schenectady, NY 12305. BCNI also provides an afterhours emergency maintenance number for use when an issue poses a threat to the safety and/or health of the tenants or the property.
